Booking conditions

The prices shown on our platforms do not include tourist tax (€1.60 per person per day in a hotel for those aged 18 and over and €2.50 per person per day in a flat for those aged 18 and over). Access to the various facilities (swimming pool, spa, games room) is included in our prices. Reservations are considered firm once we have received a deposit of at least 30% of the total cost of your stay. The total cost of your stay must be paid the day before your departure.

Arrival / Departure

Check-in from 4pm. For arrival after 11pm, please contact us before 8pm at the latest to obtain the hotel access code and your room number. Please contact our team beforehand to make the best possible arrangements for your arrival. Rooms or flats must be vacated by 10am on departure day.

Payment terms

We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard). It is also possible to pay by cheque, bank transfer and holiday vouchers. Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until payment has been received. We do not accept luncheon vouchers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation more than 30 days before the stay, we will refund the deposit

Cancellation less than 30 days before the stay, we will refund the deposit, if we rebook the stay under the same conditions

Foreshortened stays must nonetheless be paid in full

If the government restricts non-essential travel to Morzine-Avoriaz as a holiday destination, or if the government imposes a closure on Morzine-Avoriaz, any monies paid in advance will be carried over to another holiday or refunded. In all other cases, the general cancellation conditions apply.

Degradation and theft

Any damage caused will be repaired at the customer's expense. Theft of decorative objects and/or equipment from rooms or communal areas will also be charged. The hotel is not responsible for the contents of the lockers and ski room.
